careIT is the new way to plan, monitor, and document care

Using a detailed anamnesis and our specialized nursing assessment tool, SeMPA, careIT facilitates an in-depth assessment encompassing all critical risks and metrics. This assessment, performed in carMa, culminates in accurate nursing diagnoses and the pinpointing of essential nursing actions, ensuring top-notch care planning. From carMa, the corresponding measures are transferred to a care plan, which also serves to document implementation. 

The information hub eChart, is a key feature of careIT, designed to clearly display a range of risks, vital signs, interventions, and medications. It can completely replace the paper-based chart with a dynamic, digital one. 

Its customizable widgets allow for tailored adaptations to suit the specific needs of each ward and the specific responsibilities of the therapeutic teams. This ensures that the information remains clear and easily accessible, while providing the flexibility to access more detailed data as needed.

The Grafixx module is used for wound description and photography. On a 3D model – in addition to wounds, all inlets and outlets or other features on the patient’s body can be recorded and their chronological sequence evaluated. Healthcare professionals can integrate photos into wound reports and calculate wound dimensions in photos.
