SIMPLE INTELLIGENT PACKAGING
The innovative SealLINK networking system takes the packaging process for medical devices to a new, even more efficient level.
The direct interaction of a hawo sealing machine equipped with SealLINK software and our hm 8000 AS-V pouch production machine allows automatic and customised pouch production with just a single scan. Thanks to the intelligent SealLINK technology, pouches that are too short or too long are a thing of the past. The process is continuously optimised with each new instrument scanned by the data matrix reader.

Test systems hawo InkTest MAX
All our professional hawo InkTest systems (hawo InkTest) of the MAX series are dye penetration tests for the routine testing of the seal seam integrity based on method A (according to EN ISO 11607-1/ASTM F1929-23), also known as 4-side-test.
To use the InkTest MAX simply insert one disposable cartridge into the pouch to be tested, seal it and fold down its lid. The 4 ml test liquid is spread evenly over all four sealing seams. This allows the packaging integrity to be tested completely in a single step.
Any irregularities that may occur (e.g. channels) become visible immediately after opening the disposable cartridge. No further auxiliary equipment such as pipettes is required for the tests. In addition, there is no risk of the test liquid dripping onto other objects at your workplace or onto your clothing and skin, or transferring to them.
